The 7th Annual
MorganFranklin
Golf Classic
HONOR OUR NATION'S GREATEST CITIZENS
On August 29, 2011, honor our nation's greatest citizens at the seventh annual MorganFranklin Golf Classic benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project. Help us honor the service of returning heroes who have sacrificed so much for our freedom and security.
From battlefield to bedside, the Wounded Warrior Project provides a voice for the more than 40,000 service members who have been wounded in recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Its services and programs ease the burdens of the most seriously wounded veterans and their families by aiding in the recovery process and smoothing the transition back to civilian life.
To date, the MorganFranklin Golf Classic has donated more than $410,000 in cash and in-kind contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project in support of its mission to honor and empower wounded warriors by:
- Provide free assistance to veterans attempting to obtain benefits
from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and other agencies. - Raising awareness and enlisting the public's aid for the needs of injured service members.
- Helping injured service members aid and assist each other.
- Providing unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members.
